Linda Rannels has been baking since she was 12 and began making cookies and brownies to sell at her parents produce stand outside of Millersville. Over the years Linda’s Bakeshop expanded the repertoire to include pies, cakes and all types of pastries. She also worked at local bakeries and continued to bake for her own business. In 2008 Geneva Bakery was started when the bakery moved from Millersville to East Petersburg. The garage was converted to an inspected commercial bakery in a home on Geneva Drive in East Petersburg. In 2015 Geneva Bakery was moved out of her home and into a retail space at the corner of State and Lemon Streets in East Petersburg, in the Real Life Church of God building, which ironically was the first church building she attended as a child, and the building where her parents had been married. Making everything from scratch, Geneva Bakery offers the freshest cakes, pies, pastries and cookies around, and we’d love to make something special for YOU!
